"Love my Kind Water E-3000UV whole house filter system!! Works great and have had 0 issues with it in the two years I've had it. My well water quality is outstanding! I sent a sample to National Testing Laboratory to verify all is working as it should. And it is!! I recently just bought the Kind water softener and added it into the system. Really wish I would have done that 2yrs ago when I put everything else in. What a huge difference in the water softness!! From assembly and install of the entire system to changing the filters once every 6 months, it is all easy for a DIY project! Does is cost a lot? Maybe a little upfront but you seriously can't beat the system for how good it works!! Like I always say, you can buy a cheap one and work on it constantly, change filters a lot more or have to replace it a number of times. Add all that up and it would cost equal, if not more, than one Kind System! Absolutely love mine and its the only one I'll have for years to come! Thank you!!!"

"Have had this WS installed for a couple of months now as as replacement to the saltless water conditioner. It is working great, can tell the difference in the water 100% where we really could not with the water conditioner. Repurposed the water conditioner to now have a sediment filter followed by the charcoal filter before the water softner followed by the UV light. All seems to be working. Would recommend the water softener and filters but would not recommend the water conditioner. Kind as a company has been very good to work with and I would recommend as a company."

Can I trust my well water supply?

Unfortunately, private wells are non-treated water supplies and more susceptible to contaminants and bacteria. That’s why Kind recommends upgrading to the S-650UV — featuring the latest Ultra Violet (UV) purification for complete protection. This powerful final stage of treatment uses concentrated UV light to neutralize harmful microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and pathogens, without adding any chemicals to your water. When it comes to the quality of water you drink and bathe in every day, there can be no compromise.

What is the warranty?

Our systems come with a limited lifetime warranty on the tanks and 7 Year Warranty on the Electronic Heads, as well as a 120-day satisfaction guarantee, This means you can return it for any reason if you are not 100% Satisfied.

Can I use this system on Septic?

Yes, the S-650 can be used with septic. There is some concern about the sodium in the salt-softener discharge, but modern efficient softeners do not use as much salt as previous era softeners. We have never received feedback from customers over damaged septic systems due to our salt-softener.

Can this system be installed outside?

Yes, the system can be installed outside as long as the electrical components are protected from the weather. Operating temperature outside has to be between 39°F and 113°F.

What is the maintenance on the system?

  • The sediment filter is designed to be replaced once a year.
  • The salt system media will last 15 - 20 years depending on water quality.

How do I know which system to order?
