120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Kind Water Systems offers a 120-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Try our products for 120 days, and if you are not 100% satisfied, return the item to us for a 100% refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All taxes and brokerage fees on international shipments are not refundable.
Return Policy
You have 120 calendar days from the date your order is placed to return a product. All returns require prior authorization from Kind Water Systems.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Department within the 120-day timeframe to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC):
- Call 888-614-5559 or email sales@kindwater.com to request your Return Authorization Code.
Step 2: Clearly label the RAC on the outside of your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3: Your return must be received within 21 calendar days of the RAC being issued.
Preparing Your Return
- Repackage the product with the original box, all included items, and documentation.
- Use the carrier of your choice and insure the product for return shipping.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refused Orders
If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 25%.
