The primary function of this system is to remove iron, manganese, and sulfur. For comprehensive removal of additional contaminants, Kind Water Systems recommends supplementary filtration methods as recommended after your Kind Water Test & Survey review.

What is the warranty?

Our systems come with a limited lifetime warranty on the tanks and 7 Year Warranty on the Electronic Heads, as well as a 120-day satisfaction guarantee, This means you can return it for any reason if you are not 100% Satisfied.

Can I use this system on Septic?

Yes, the WS-CIS can be used with septic.

Can this system be installed outside?

Yes, the system can be installed outside as long as the electrical components are protected from the weather. Operating temperature outside has to be between 39°F and 113°F.

What is the maintenance on the system?

  • The sediment filter is designed to be replaced once a year.
