What is the warranty?

Our systems come with a limited lifetime warranty on the tanks and 7 Year Warranty on the Electronic Heads, as well as a 120-day satisfaction guarantee, This means you can return it for any reason if you are not 100% Satisfied.

Can I use this system on Septic?

Yes, the WS-TAN can be used with septic. There is some concern about the sodium in the salt-softener discharge, but modern efficient softeners do not use as much salt as previous era softeners. We have never received feedback from customers over damaged septic systems due to our salt-softener.

Can this system be installed outside?

Yes, the system can be installed outside as long as the electrical components are protected from the weather. Operating temperature outside has to be between 39°F and 113°F.

What is the maintenance on the system?

  • The sediment filter is designed to be replaced once a year.

How do I know which system to order?

You should always start with one of our Water Test. Testing the water will guarantee you are buying the correct system for your water quality problem.
