"Kind customer service is very good to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable of your products. Willingness to help you with any questions or problems you may encounter. I received my annual replacement filters and IR bulb in Feb2026 as was normally scheduled. I installed the new filters and IR lamp as I have in the past. The system came back up without any issues. The lamp Controller optimized the IR bulb and everything working as designed. A little over 1 week later, I noticed the controller/power supply beeping constantly- checked it and lamp failure was on the display screen. Could not see any light through the pex white water piping as i I normally do. I went through some personal troubleshooting unplugging unit and the card. Checked connections, bulb, card, etc… Plugged the card and lamp back in and powered back up controller. Immediately went to lamp failure. I unplugged the unit and called Kind- put through to Customer Service . The service rep stepped me through a few checks and steps and still the same fault! He immediate sent me out a new lamp while he continued to troubleshoot the problem remotely. Unfortunately the new lamp he sent me also failed immediately. He isolated the problem to a bad lamp power supply internal to controller. He then sent me a new controller and I installed it! Bingo back in business! Your customer service is awesome! Thank you for the assistance !"
